Pack 3520 Annual Fundraiser
The Annual Community Garage Sale will be held Sat. 09/07/2019 from 8 am to 4 pm. There will be a flea market held in the parking lot of Hinckley Elementary School (1586 Center Rd, Hinckley OH 44233). Our previous community sales had over 100 homes. Only Homes in HINCKLEY can register for a garage sale space, anyone may sign up to be in the Flea Market.
A map identifying homes participating along with brief descriptions will be sold at Hinckley Elementary (1586 Center Rd) beginning at 8 am. MAPS ARE SOLD FOR $3 THE DAY OF THE EVENT ONLY!!! The school is not associated with the sale or distribution of maps. This is a fundraiser for Cub Scout Pack 3520. All garage sale proceeds belong to the individual holding the sale. The cost to participate includes advertising in all greater Cleveland & Akron newspapers, and online.

PLEASE NOTE - This is an all volunteer organization, to make sure we have adequate time to process payments, create the map and get out the numbers to our participants. NO registrations will be excepted after Aug 31st, this includes all Flea Market participants as well.

This sale is run by the Hinckley Cub Scouts Pack 3520 all proceeds from the registrations, map sales and concessions at the Flea Market help to fund the activities of our Pack. This IS NOT a Hinckley Township sponsored event.
THE SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY IS VITALLY IMPORTANT, YOU MUST PROVIDE OFF ROAD PARKING FOR YOUR GARAGE SALE TO KEEP OUR ROADWAYS CLEAR AND SAFE. THE AVERAGE SPEED LIMIT IN HINCKLEY IS 45 MILES AN HOUR. THE POLICE WILL BE TICKETING CARS PARKED ON MAIN ROADS. LET'S KEEP THIS A SAFE AND FUN EVENT THAT WILL CONTINUE IN THE FUTURE!
If you DO NOT have off street parking and want to be a part of the sale please register for a flea market space at Hinckley Elementary School.
FYI - our sale runs the first Saturday after Labor Day each year.
* Thank You for your Support! This is our Pack’s main fundraising event. Proceeds assist to pay for expenses associated with the various community service events and Pack events we participate in such as Hinckley’s Veteran’s Day Ceremony (we give a small gift to the veterans), maintenance to Bronger’s Park, placement of American flag grave markers for US Veterans buried in 3 of the 4 Hinckley cemeteries, flag folding demonstration at the Memorial Day Ceremony, etc. Feel free to check out our website to see the boys helping the community.
